Cat in labor, still birth first kitten?

Cat started showin signs of being in labor about 2 hrs ago, she had a dead fetus type thing come Out with a grey looking thing. It was in shape of kitten and had paws but it was just the size and with of a fiver, not too long after she had a kitten born tail first and it was a still birth. Will she be okay? She seems to be doing fine now but how long can it take in between kittens and what if they're are more still births?
