Did Obama do such a great job coordinating with our Intelligence agencies that Bin Laden's capture was impossi?

For 7 years we had a president who said punishing the men responsible for the 9/11 attacks wasn't important compared to his vendetta against Saddam and nation building Iraq. In the 2008 presidential campaign, Obama's opponent balked at the idea of doing whatever was needed to finally get Bin Laden. So yes, if Obama hadn't been president, he'd still be alive today.
