Question about an MLB rule?

If there are two outs in an inning, and no one is on base, and the batter gets on base because of another player's error, does it count as an ER against the pitcher if he eventually scores? In other words, if a player gets on-base from an error, but the next couple batters manage to get legitimate hits, eventually allowing him to score, does it count against the pitcher? Not sure. I would think the "2 out" part of it would be critical.
