Mircochip and a collar?

Im getting a 6month Kitten from a rescue centre soon, Ive only had older cats before, the kitten will be micro chipped. Do you think I need to get a collar and ID tag aswel or is the chip enough? As she gets older and more adventerous I would be worried about her going missing, but im also concerned about having somthing around her neck, even though it would be a safety collar. What do you think?
