My kitten pees and poops on my bed what should i do?

My cat is 7weeks old we have had him for a week and he has taken to pooping and peeing on my bed normally on me while I'm in it. I have been putting his nose to the pee or poop tapping it telling him no and redirecting him to the litterbox, but it only seems to be getting worse. He knows it is wrong cause he tries to run when I'm about to repremand him. I can't sleep anymore. I have never had the problem what should I do?
