Why does my implanon hurt? ?

I have had my implanon (birthcontrol in my arm) for three months it's been completely healed for just over 2. Today I was holding my baby and his head was on it so when u put him down it was a little sore, but I thought nothing of it. Then a little later I moved it wierd and it sent a sharp pain through my arm, it was sore for a few after that but then was fine all day. Tonight when I laid down for bed I must have positioned it strange again because I got that same shooting pain but worse. Now it's really sore feels like it did the week after I got it (it was brused really bad and sore and sensitive) I just moved to another state so I have no doctor inn the area yet so I am actualy looking for an answer not someone saying go see your doc.
