Say a team has a different pitcher pitch in all 9 innings; One pitcher per inning. Who would get the victory ?

To tell you the truth it just might be the best pitcher! I think I would be the pitcher that helped towards the win ex allowed no runs or pitched a perfect inning other than that maybe the starting pitcher?
