Kitten re homing. HELP PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE?

I have 3 cats and two of the males dont get along, the kitten is fine being taken from his mother and the tom cat may not like another male coming into his territory, if you want to see how the react to each other close up you can put one in a cage and put them next to each other, i doubt the older cat will kill or seriously injure the kitten. The worst thing that has ever happend to one of my cats fighting is some hair was taken off of his lower back.
