Is my cat about to give birth :OOOOOO?

So my cat is 10 months and got outside and got pregenat. we didnt notice until it was to late to get an abortion. now we think todays the day she keeps crying, shes 9 weeks, she is meowing like crazy, she keeps licking her vagina, she keeps nesting trying to get in the closet. NOW what do i do when shes giving birth? can i touch the kittens? HELP
