How to get rid of inverse nipples?

i have an inn-y and an outey it really bothers me! like i want to know is there any products i can buy or what can i do to get them to both be outeys? its really embarrassing during foreplay when one nipple is hard and the other on isnt, so please give me advice im willing to try anything!
